QuickPair Technology

With universal connectivity, the Discovery 975 virtually assures compatibility with all Bluetooth devices. Plantronics have taken the hassle out of the pairing process with their QuickPair technology, which means you simply switch on the Bluetooth feature on your mobile phone, turn the headset on and locate the headset on the mobile phone. Pairing is then complete.

 The Discovery 975 also features Multipoint technology which allows you to pair the headset to two devices, say your company mobile phone and your personal mobile phone, you don't need two headsets as one headset does both. The Discovery 975 has a 10 metre Bluetooth wireless range.

The unique and striking slim line design of the Discovery 975 makes it stand out against other Bluetooth headsets. The Discovery 975 has a simplified design and user friendly controls that let you answer and end calls and adjust or mute the volume at the touch of a button. Indicator lights flash in different sequences to let you know the status of the headset. In addition, unobtrusive voice prompts keep you up to date of mute and connection status’s and let you know the current battery status to ensure you never inadvertently run out of battery.

Comfort is key with the Plantronics Discovery 975 boasting patented ear gel tips that provide a stable and secure fit. The gel ear tips are supplied in three sizes, small, medium and large.

AudioIQ2 Dual-Mic Technology

Utilising dual-mic AudioIQ2 technology and also featuring a 20-band equalizer the Discovery 975 delivers a truly impressive rich, clear and natural sound. The AudioIQ2 technology also adjusts incoming calls to ensure they are at a clear and comfortable listening level.

WindSmart Technology

The Discovery 925 has three layers of WindSmart protection, which is extremely beneficial when the headset is being used outdoors or in a car with the window down and is designed to eliminate annoying and distorting wind noise.

Rechargeable Carry Case

Charging is made easy as the leatherette carry case also doubles as a convenient charger. The case has an internal battery which charges the Discovery 975 as it’s stored and has the ability to triple the call and standby time when on the road or away from a mains plug. The carry case has an LCD to show the battery status of both the headset and the case. The headset is still active and connected whilst in the charging case and an eject button quickly releases the headset for use.
